Where we ship
We ship to supported addresses in the United States, including Puerto Rico. Available services are shown for your delivery address before payment. We do not offer international delivery.
Production and delivery
Our standard production window is 4 business days after payment and approval of your final artwork and required NFC links. Weekends and holidays are excluded. Carrier transit time is additional, not included in those 4 days. A design change or missing information can change the production schedule; we will confirm any revised schedule with you.
If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will contact you with a revised date and the option to cancel for a full refund. We will not treat silence as approval of an indefinite delay.
Shipping price
Shipping and handling are calculated from the delivery address, parcel dimensions, weight and number of parcels. The amount includes postage, protective packaging and packing. You see shipping and applicable tax before you pay. Larger orders may travel in more than one package.
Tracking and delivery issues
Tracking appears in your account when a label is created; a label does not mean the carrier has received the package. Please check your delivery address before paying. If a package is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact hello@ver3.io with your order number so we can investigate.

La producción estándar toma 4 días laborables desde el pago y la aprobación del arte final y los links NFC necesarios. No incluye fines de semana, feriados ni el tránsito del transportista. Si hay cambios o información pendiente, confirmaremos el nuevo plazo. Si no podemos enviar a tiempo, te ofreceremos una fecha revisada y la opción de cancelar con reembolso completo.
El envío y manejo incluyen franqueo, empaque protector y preparación. Se calculan según dirección, peso, dimensiones y número de paquetes, y se muestran antes de pagar junto con los impuestos aplicables. El tracking aparece en tu cuenta; crear una etiqueta no significa que el transportista ya tenga el paquete. Para retrasos, daños o paquetes extraviados, escribe a hello@ver3.io con tu número de pedido.
